LilyGO T-Circle-S3 0.75" round specifications
The LilyGO T-Circle-S3 is one of the smallest touch displays you can program with LVGL: a round 0.75-inch TFT with 160×160 pixels, driven by a GC9D01N over SPI, with a CST816D capacitive touch controller on I2C.
Despite its size, it is a complete little audio gadget. A MAX98357A I2S amplifier drives a speaker, a microphone is on board (an I2S MSM261S4030H0R on V1.0, a PDM MP34DT05-A on V1.1), and an APA102-driven RGB LED adds a status light. The ESP32-S3R8 inside brings 8 MB of octal PSRAM, with 16 MB of flash.
LilyGO also offers an infrared expansion board with an IR receiver, a 9-axis IMU and a battery, which turns the T-Circle-S3 into a small remote or sensor puck. On the back, six programmable I/O pins are available for your own hardware.

This board has no free GPIOs: every pin is used by the display, touch or on-board peripherals.
Good to know before you start
- This profile is for the ESP32-S3 based T-Circle-S3 (V1.1 pinout), not LilyGO's older classic-ESP32 T-Circle.
- At 160×160 on a round 0.75-inch screen, keep the UI to one or two large elements per screen.
- The microphone changed between V1.0 (I2S) and V1.1 (PDM) — relevant if you add your own audio code.
- 8 MB PSRAM is plenty for this resolution; animations and images run smoothly.
What it is good for
- •Tiny round status indicators
- •Voice or sound-reactive gadgets
- •Smart buttons and mini remotes
- •Wearable and badge prototypes
