1. Information We Collect
Account Information: When you register, we collect your email address and a hashed password. We do not collect your name unless you voluntarily provide it.
Project Data: We store the UI projects you create and save to the cloud. This data belongs to you and is used solely to provide the Service.
Usage Data: We may collect anonymous usage statistics such as features used, session duration, and browser type to improve the Service. This data is not linked to your identity.
Payment Information: Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. We do not store or have access to your credit card number or billing details. Lemon Squeezy's privacy policy applies to payment data.
Bug Reports: If you submit a bug report, we collect the project state and description you provide to reproduce and fix the issue.

3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored using Supabase (PostgreSQL database with row-level security). We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/HTTPS) for all data in transit. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.
While we implement reasonable security measures, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
4. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We share data only with:
- •Supabase — database and authentication infrastructure (EU/US data centers)
- •Lemon Squeezy — our Merchant of Record (MoR). Lemon Squeezy legally acts as the reseller of our software to end customers, handles all payment processing, tax collection, and invoicing on our behalf. Their privacy policy governs data collected during checkout.
- •Vercel — hosting and deployment infrastructure
- •Law enforcement — if required by law or valid legal process
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication (session tokens) and user preferences. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect functionality.
6. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

7. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal purposes.
Project data is deleted immediately upon account deletion or project deletion.
8. Children's Privacy
Our Service is not directed to children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child under 16 has provided personal information, we will delete it immediately.
9. International Data Transfers
Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. We ensure that such transfers comply with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR standard contractual clauses where applicable.
