LilyGO T-Embed 1.9" specifications
The LilyGO T-Embed is a handheld ESP32-S3 device built around a rotary knob. A 1.9-inch IPS display with 170×320 pixels (ST7789, 350 cd/m²) sits above an encoder with 24 detents and a push-to-confirm key, framed by a ring of seven RGB lights.
LilyGO adds two microphones, an 8 Ω 1 W speaker, a TF card holder, a Grove connector, an 8-pin 2.54 mm GPIO header and a lithium battery interface with charge and discharge protection, all in an ABS shell that is also available in a translucent version.
In landscape the display becomes a 320×170 strip, which suits menus you scroll through with the knob — a natural layout for a media remote, a smart home controller or a pocket tool.

| GPIO 3 | GPIO, ADC | Free |
| GPIO 19 | GPIO, USB_DM | USB D- |
| GPIO 20 | GPIO, USB_DP | USB D+ |
Good to know before you start
- The free GPIO on the board itself is GPIO 3; USB D-/D+ (19/20) are also usable if you give up native USB.
- Serial output over USB needs USB CDC On Boot enabled, according to LilyGO.
- Landscape (320×170) is usually the better orientation for knob-driven menus.
- The microphone is disabled when LilyGO's CC1101 shield is fitted.
What it is good for
- •Knob-driven menus and remotes
- •Media and volume controllers
- •Pocket tools with sound and lights
- •Smart home handheld controllers
