Waveshare ESP32-S3 LCD 1.47" Type B specifications

The ESP32-S3-LCD-1.47B is Waveshare's slim 1.47-inch display board with a narrow 172×320 panel and an ST7789 controller. The tall format suits vertical lists, meters and notification feeds, and it works rotated to 320×172 as a compact horizontal ticker.

It is built around the ESP32-S3R8 with 8 MB of PSRAM and 16 MB of flash. On board are a QMI8658 6-axis IMU, an RGB LED under an acrylic diffuser, a microSD slot wired in 4-bit SD mode, and a lithium battery charger.

A single USB-C port handles power, serial and firmware download through the ESP32-S3's native USB. With nine free GPIOs on top of that, it is a flexible base for small connected gadgets. In LCD Ultra Pro the board is available in portrait and landscape, and the exported Arduino project includes a display driver matched to Waveshare's own example code.
